Comfortable beds, free wifi in our bedroom and the food was drool-worthy. The location is amazing, right on the popular RAVeL cycling route with secure bike parking. The room was well organized, and we loved the separate toilet and bathroom. The owner, Gerard or Gerty, was always present and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were modern and fantastic. We couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. The shuttle service provided during the Belgium Grand Prix was outstanding. We will definitely return for another stay.

The rooms at RAVEL Hotel Cyrano are simply amazing! The free WiFi is super convenient, allowing us to stay connected with our friends and share all our amazing experiences. The private bathrooms are clean and spacious, with a choice of either a shower or bath. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV, perfect for cozying up and watching our favorite shows.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't the strongest. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, and I'm sure others might not even notice.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is conveniently close to the race circuit, making it a perfect choice for motorsport enthusiasts. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the option for kids beds, ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also a delightful treat to start the day.

No complaints. Everything was just fine.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location close to the race circuit. The service provided by the staff was commendable, and they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start our day.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and there were no significant areas for improvement.

The hotel had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay - clean room with firm mattress, in-house bicycle parking, and separate toilet and bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the external eating area was great for enjoying a Belgian beer. Conveniently located close to transportation and a popular race circuit.

    It was all superb.

The hotel is situated near the race circuit, making it a great location for those interested in motorsports. the rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel provides bottled water in the rooms, a great perk for those who are active and need to stay hydrated.

The restaurant service can be slow, and the wait staff seem to have trouble keeping up with demand.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The restaurant connected to the hotel served very tasty food for very reasonable prices. Making a reservation is highly recommended to ensure a wonderful dining experience.

While everything else was great, it would be beneficial if the hotel could improve on speeding up the service in the bistro restaurant. Perhaps having some additional staff members would ensure a more efficient experience.

The hotel had great food and drink options that we couldn't get enough of. We especially enjoyed the two menus offered in the restaurant and bar, plus the external eating area was very pleasant. It was also great that the hotel had a lively cocktail style bar open until late to enjoy a drink or two. The location was also amazing, with a small play park a short walk away that we enjoyed playing in, and the hotel's prime location on the bike route was a bonus.

We didn't like the fact that the restaurant had a lot of flies, making us uncomfortable while eating, and there was no action taken to stop them. The other aspect that we didn't enjoy was the loud music played in the bar area until 3am, making it hard to sleep.

The rooms at RAVEL Hotel Cyrano are super cozy, perfect for a chill night in with friends. The free WiFi is a game-changer, making it easy to share all the fun moments on social media. And the private bathrooms have everything you need, from a refreshing shower to a hairdryer to keep your locks looking on point. Plus, the flat-screen TV is an awesome bonus for movie nights in bed.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't love was that there was either a shower or a bath in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference.

We enjoyed the wide variety of food and drinks offered at the hotel's bistro. The staff were friendly and the recently refurbished interior was impressive. The hotel is located in a great spot for exploring castles, the Hautes Fagnes, and attending the Belgian Grand Prix. it was good value for money.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. The noise from a party kept us awake until the early hours of the morning.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Reasonable prices, good food and drink. Nicely remodeled room. Excellent staff. Lively cocktail style bar.

The hotel had a sick terrace where we chilled all day, sipping on drinks and mingling with other young people. We also had a blast at the children's playground, reliving our childhood dreams. The hotel was totally down for the party vibes!

Honestly, the only thing missing was a banging nightclub in the hotel itself. It would have been epic to dance the night away without leaving the premises.
